How fast will we hear back?

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?

Yes. Full COI with any additional insureds your corporate office, venue, or parent company requires. $1M general liability coverage on every event. We clear procurement most event vendors can’t.

How far in advance should we book?

Peak season fills 12 weeks ahead, especially May through October and the holiday party stretch. 4 to 6 weeks works for most off-peak bookings. We’ve turned events in as little as 7 days when inventory allows. Call us and we’ll tell you straight if your date works.

What’s included in the proposal?

Attractions, crew, delivery, setup, teardown, insurance, and your dedicated coordinator. All included. No surprise add-ons, no hidden fees.

Will my event have a single point of contact?

Yes. Every booking is assigned a dedicated coordinator who owns logistics, vendor COI, permits, and day-of execution from kickoff through teardown. One name, one phone, one accountable person.
